<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roaster incorporated in an induction heat cooker or the like and capable of quickly heating subject food while removing excess fat and salt to achieve healthy cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The roaster 1 includes an electric heater type heating means and a steam type heating means. A lower electric heater 6 and an upper electric heater 7 are provided in a heating chamber 2. Steam in a saturated state generated at an outside part of the heating chamber 2 is introduced into the heating chamber 2. Saturated steam is blown to the lower electric heater 6 to generate steam in an overheat state in the heating chamber 2. The heating with the steam in the overheat state and the heating with the lower electric heater 6 and the upper electric heater 7 are combined with each other to achieve the optimum cooking to the subject food. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
