PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable coating material capable of imparting wear resistance and anti-blocking property to a transparent plastic material at low cost. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet-curable coating material is formed of a resin composition containing ultraviolet-curable resin (A) containing multifunctional urethane (meth)acrylate oligomer and at least one monomer component selected from a multifunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and a monofunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and having an average number of functional groups of 1.9-8.2, at least one polymer selected from a (meth)acrylic polymer (B) compatible with the ultraviolet-curable resin (A) and having a polar group in a side chain, a styrene-based polymer (C) and an acryl-styrene copolymer (D), and a photopolymerization initiator. The mass ratio of at least one polymer selected from the (meth)acrylic polymer (B), styrene-based polymer (C) and acryl-styrene copolymer (D) to the ultraviolet-curable resin (A) is 60/40-99.5/0.5.
