PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry/exit room management device having high reliability which prevents a vicious third party from entering a room through an entrance door in an unmanned controlled area, and which allows only two persons or more who have been registered in advance to enter the room in the controlled area. SOLUTION: A first manipulator 20 and a second manipulator 30 are provided on both sides of the entrance door 10 in the controlled area which are partitioned by the entrance door 10 in the controlled area locked by an electric lock 12 so that the first manipulator 20 and the second manipulator 30 are adequately separated from each other. When an operator performs reading/releasing of an operator-confirmation medium 25 such as an IC card in a predetermined timing in accordance with the instructions for reading/releasing from the first manipulator 20 and the second manipulator 30, authentication movement of the operator is performed by a monitoring server 40.
