<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize an RF-ID medium while reducing the possibility of disconnection of an antenna unit and also to extend a communication distance. <P>SOLUTION: A base material 130 with an antenna unit 120 formed thereon and an IC chip 110 mounted thereon is folded with a conductor unit 120b composing the antenna unit 120 facing inside.
