PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vulcanization molding method of pneumatic tire capable of moving a die of a part corresponding to the bead toe side of a bead part in the tire radial direction without using a complicated mechanism, and to provide a device for the vulcanization molding method of pneumatic tire. SOLUTION: A movable die 14 for molding a part over a tire inner surface from a bead base 3b of the bead part 3 is moved to the more inner side, by a spring 14c, in the tire radial direction than the inner circumference of an unvulcanized tire T beforehand, a lower die 12 (upper die 11) is arranged on the tire outer surface side of the unvulcanized tire T and, thereafter, the movable die 14 is moved to the outer side in the tire radial direction by pressurizing a bladder 15b expanded in the unvulcanized tire T. Therefore, an inner circumferential part of the unvulcanized tire T can be inserted to the lower die 12 (upper die 11) without being brought into contact with the movable die 14 and, at the same time, the movable die 14 can be reliably moved in the tire radial direction without using the complicated mechanism.
