PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing device which can be freely removably attached on a carrier with a dumping function. SOLUTION: The dispersing device comprises a device main body having a plurality of screws set parallelly with spaces to be different in carrying direction and to be rotatable in the same direction, a rotation device for rotating the plurality of the screws, and a swinging mechanism set on the device main body and periodically agitating articles to be dispersed, wherein the device main body is attached on a discharging part in the perpendicular direction from the dumping direction of the carrier and the articles to be dispersed, which articles are corrected by declining the loaded articles to be dispersed by the dumping function, are quantitatively dispersed by the agitation with the swinging mechanism and by the rotation of the plurality of screws without causing a bridge.
