PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an element cooling structure capable of efficiently radiating the heat of an element through an insulating fluid material. SOLUTION: The element cooling structure 1 according to this invention includes: a substrate 10 which is provided with the element for generating heat on the first surface side and arranged on the tilt to a horizontal plane; the insulating fluid material 30 filled in a space in contact with the first surface of the substrate; a cooling means 22 arranged above the position of the element, and for cooling the insulating fluid material; and a plurality of fins 14 which is provided on the surface in contact with the insulating fluid material in the element and extended on the tilt from the lower part to the upper part.
