PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet-curable hardcoat resin composition having good hardness, excellent in transparency and also having good elongation and flexibility. SOLUTION: An ultraviolet-curable hardcoat resin composition for films usable when molding comprises a multifunctional (meth)acrylate (A) having two or more (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule, urethane (meth)acrylate (B-1) and/or epoxy (meth)acrylate (B-2), having two (meth)acryloyl groups in a molecule, and colloidal silica (C) having≥1 nm but≤200 nm primary particle diameter.
