<p>The device has a tubular structure connected to a steam-generating nozzle (2). A hole is formed in a wall of the tubular structure for allowing air to pass through. A regulating component regulates a flow of the air passing through the hole that is in connection with an air inlet formed in an outer side of the device. A regulating element is formed at an inner surface of a casing (7). An axial hollow space is formed in the tubular structure, and the inlet is formed at an outer surface of the tubular structure.
