A product refill unit having simple structure for a base stick module of a cosmetic stick is provided to combine a storage unit with a base body of refill housing in one. A product refill unit having simple structure for a base stick module of a cosmetic stick includes refill housing(5), a coater, a piston(9), and a piston connection component(12). The refill housing has a storage unit putting a product of a cream type, a liquid type, or a paste type. The piston is guided in the refill housing to be changed and conveys the product to the coater. The piston connection component interacts with a piston push rod(11) and a push rod connection component(13).
