<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection sheet capable of efficiently evaluating the degree of surface contamination that has no waste. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection sheet 1 has a transparent sheet 1t, and the transparent sheet 1t is provided with seven regions 2a-2g having three transmission factors. The regions 2a-2g each have one transmittance and are arranged so as to form a brightness deciding part 3 and a size judging part 4.
