PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting which has a door functioning as a fire door while being provided with a cushioning material at a lower edge thereof. SOLUTION: The fitting is formed of a frame body arranged along a boundary between the inside and outside of a room to define an opening, and a sash rotatably arranged inside the frame body, for blocking the opening. The frame body has a sill, while the sash has an abutment surface facing one of the inside and outside of the room and abutting on the sill, a counter-abutment surface facing the other one of the inside and outside of the room, and a lower end structure having the elastically deformable cushioning material on the side of the counter-abutment surface at a lower edge of the sash. Then, a lower edge of a metallic portion on the side of the abutment surface, extends to a location lower than a lower edge of a metallic portion on the side of the counter-abutment surface and an upper edge of a metallic portion arranged on the sill of the frame body.
