A hand-held reading stand combined use desk is provided, which enables to reduce the volume of the upper plate and the leg supporting the upper plate to the minimum. A hand-held reading stand combined use desk comprises: a central disk(110) of the thin plate shape; a first side plate(120) hinge-coupled with one side of the central disk by the first hinge; a second side plate(130) coupled to the central disk to be foldable and stretchable; and a book support(140) which is perpendicularly combined with the upper side of the central disk and is hinge-coupled with the front of the central disk by the third hinge to be foldable and stretchable about the central disk.
