A home red ginseng producing apparatus is provided to produce not only red ginseng but also steamed, dried and extracted ginseng and allow a user to passively or automatically set up time and temperature. A home red ginseng producing apparatus serving a function of a steaming, drying and extracting ginseng comprises a containing chamber(302) removing moisture from ginseng in drying step, a water tank(404) storing the water and supplying to a soup bowl(401), a pump(405) ejecting the water to the water tank in a step of starting drying and finishing and supplying the water to the soup bowl in step of steaming and extracting, an inlet(407) closing down in the step of steaming and extracting the ginseng, a suction device opening to supply for air to the containing chamber in the step of drying and a discharging device(422) discharging vapor of the containing chamber. |
