A stereographic image acquisition apparatus and a stereographic microscope including the same are provided to obtain a stereographic image by arranging easily a right-eye image and a left-eye image of a thing and to show a two-dimensional image of the thing as a three-dimensional image by outputting the stereographic image to a stereographic image display. A stereographic image acquisition apparatus includes a housing(110), an image sensor module(120), and a first image acquisition location control unit(130). The housing includes a punctured part in which a lens system(300) for forming an image of a thing is loaded. The housing is installed at an upper part of the lens system. The image sensor module is formed to acquire an image formed by the lens system, as an image signal. The first image acquisition location control unit moves the image sensor module to a first axis direction on a horizontal plane in order to control an image signal acquisition location of the image sensor module.
