A bottle tray and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage of bottles put in a box and fix the bottles easily. A bottle tray is manufactured by next steps. A mold including a plurality of upper parts(13) and lower parts(15) is prepared for manufacturing. And by putting together and taking apart a plurality of upper parts and lower parts for a certain period time, the bottle tray of desired pulp material is molded repetitively. A plurality of lower parts is located on the bottom side of a plurality of the lower parts. A cavity part(30) accommodating the pulp material (11a) is formed in the top. The cavity part is made of a first receiving part(31) and a protrusion part of a circular shape. |
