A mesh sheet for embroidery and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent being pushed of mesh on base fabric, and to separate easily the base fabric from the mesh. A mesh sheet for embroidery is manufactured by next steps. Solidity adhesive(6) is coated on base fabric(8) made of a water soluble sheet. The mesh fabric is piled up on the base fabric and bonded to the base fabric by thermo-compression. The solidity adhesive comprises the acetic acid soap water paper of 3-10%, a polyvinyl alcohol resin of 10-20%, a moisturizer of 3-6%, a solid formulation of 3-8% and water of 40-70%. |
