A probe device is provided to prevent the damage of the pin by reducing the probability that the pin slides on the left side or the right side to the traveling direction. The pin(20) is contacted with the pad of the LCD panel in order to sense the bad pixel of the LCD panel. The pin is comprised of the needle portion ash(22) in which the shape of the end part is the circular shape and the beam member in which the shape of the end part is rectangular. The material of the needle member is different from that of the beam member. The pin is connected in order to be detachable. The pin comprises the pin block supporting the pin. The needle member and beam member are bonded by using the conductive paste. The pin block has a plurality of grooves. One or more elastic elastomer is inserted into the plurality of grooves.
