Disclosed is a compound of formula I wherein the substituents are disclosed within the specification or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. Also disclosed is the use of the above compound for the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment or prevention of neoplastic diseases and immune system disorders.
