<p>A manufacturing method of alcohol or alcohol derivatives in which the organic group and the protecting group are introduced is provided to effectively introduce the functional groups into alcohol or alcohol derivatives at the room temperature as well as at the high temperature, thereby minimizing damage of compound having heat-labile functional groups such as natural compound or protein in the introduction. The alcohol or alcohol derivatives in which the organic group and the protecting group are introduced is manufactured by reacting alcohol or alcohol derivatives with vinyl or vinyl derivatives represented by the chemical formula(1) in the presence of transition metal catalyst, acid catalyst in organic solvent to subject the alcohol or alcohol to O-silylation, wherein R1 to R4 are each independently H or C1-C30 alkyl group; R5 is unsubstituted C1-C30 alkyl group, C1-C30 alkyl group which is substituted by any one selected from C1-C10 alkyl group, halogen group, ketone group, amide group, ester group, triazole group and cyano group, or phenyl group; and n is an integer from 1 to 3.</p> |
