A silicone mat for the absorption of foreign substances and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, in which the mat maintains viscosity semi-permanently and enables absorption of foreign substances. A silicone mat for the absorption of foreign substances comprises: a first silicon coating layer and a second silicon coating layer successively formed in one surface of the base material; and a silicon layer which is adhered to the upper part of the second silicone coating layer. A hot melt film is inserted between the base materials and is thermally fused to face the bases which are not coated with silicone with each other. The both side surfaces are adhered and form the silicone layer. |
