PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display content desired by a user and content suitable for an environment at a higher place in a list. SOLUTION: An extraction request including extraction information showing conditions for extracting content identification information and a calculation parameter related with the calculation of evaluation points is received from an extraction request terminal. Content identification information satisfying conditions shown by the extraction information is extracted. Result information showing the result of the reception of the content and the calculation parameter included in the extraction request are referred. The evaluation points of the content are calculated. The content identification information is transmitted to the extraction request terminal so that the extracted content identification information can be displayed in the descending order of evaluation points.
