<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reproducing device capable of utilizing contents different in category, and to provide a reproducing method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: Contents having date and time information are searched in the contents of a plurality of categories, the searched contents (C1 to C7) are displayed by thumb-nail (SC1 to SC7) around time circle TT and the contents are reproduced at the timing according to date and time information of the contents on the basis of time managed by a time management part 12b at a transfer time of a cursor TC.
