PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify draining work, although the draining work for a hose is not conventionally finished without traveling the length of the long hose back and forth three times.

SOLUTION: A central portion of a conventional connection terminal is made longer to form a space. A draining function is formed therein to reduce labor.
