<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document creation device and storage medium for creating a free-format document when adopting a configuration for creating a document by receiving handwritten data generated from a handwritten data input device. <P>SOLUTION: The document creating apparatus includes a setting mechanism for setting on the display screen normalized areas having a normalized size as an attribute and non-normalized areas having no normalized size as the attribute, a determination mechanism for determining whether input data are input to the normalized area or the non-normalized area, a first storing mechanism for converting a size of the input data into a normalized size of the normalized area and storing the normalized input data in a memory when the determination mechanism determines that the input data are input to the normalized area, and a second storing mechanism for storing the input data in the memory as they are when the determination mechanism determines that the input data are input to the non-normalized area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
