<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exclude the ambiguity of dictionary definition in describing product content according to a standard dictionary, and to share information in order to unify description methods between content creators. <P>SOLUTION: Metadata registered by a user belonging to an operation instruction system F0 stored in a workflow DB32, and provided with the same attribute as attribute defined in a dictionary element as supplemental information for the pertinent attribute are stored in a metadata DB33 so as to be associated with the operation instruction system for each identifier attached to a set of property. Thus, it is possible to manage a content description method by associating it with a standard dictionary as metadata to be embodied according to the operation instruction system of content creation.
