PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light emitting device which has an optical output of high efficiency, high brightness and high lifetime and has a stable light emitting surface without any film defects when a film is formed. SOLUTION: The organic light emitting element consists of organic layers sandwiched between a positive electrode and a negative electrode, wherein at least one layer among the organic layers is formed by acrylic thin film containing at least one kind of acrylic compound or an acrylic cured film obtained by curing the acrylic thin film.
