The device has one or multiple drain pipes (3), in which the emergent inflammable gas passes. The drain pipe of an ignition unit (5) is existed at each delivery port. A reaction of the emergent gas is produced with the oxygen of an ambient air (4). The ignition unit is made of catalytic operative material e.g. platinum metals, palladium or alloys.
