A drain valve of an oil filter is provided to improve endurance and reduce manufacturing costs. A drain valve comprises a hollow body connected to a spring mounting hole(11) and an oil passing hole(12); a spring(20) installed on the spring mounting hole; a valve(30) installed to the spring; a number of guide ribs(43) combined to the surface of the hollow body; a guide member(40) formed on each of guide ribs; and at least one snap ring(50) fastened to the surface of the hollow body.
