<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of accurately controlling a characteristic impedance even in a microstripline structure where a ground layer or a power source layer is arranged to face an anchor-layer-non-forming surface of a signal line. <P>SOLUTION: In the microstripline structure, a conductive layer 2 as the ground layer or the power layer formed on a first substrate 20 and a signal line 3 formed on a second substrate 10 are respectively fixed to the substrates by the anchor layer formed to the conductive layer or the signal line, and the conductive layer and the signal line are arranged to face each other through an insulating layer 1. The signal line and the conductive layer are embedded in the substrate.
