PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image signal processing device that can solve the problem that, while a signal processing circuit operates with a power supply voltage lower than an adjustment voltage established by a regulation circuit, a power supply voltage higher than the adjustment voltage has been supplied and unnecessary power is consumed. SOLUTION: The image signal processing device includes a first regulation circuit that takes in a power supply voltage to generate a first voltage lower than the power supply voltage, a second regulation circuit that takes in the power supply voltage to generate a second voltage higher than the first voltage in correlation with an input level of an external device, a signal processing circuit that receives the first voltage and applies predetermined signal processing to image signals output from a solid-state imaging element, and an output circuit that operates with reception of the second voltage to output image signals to which the signal processing was applied by the signal processing circuit.
