The invention relates to a tooth implant (10) for application in the human jaw bone, with a cylindrical bore (20), which is open toward a distal end (16) and is designed to receive a longitudinal portion of an abutment (50), wherein a first longitudinal portion (22) of the bore (20) adjacent to the distal end (16) has a first cylindrical guide surface (28).
