<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an user with after-sales service of high efficiency with a simple constitution not needing communication equipment exclusively used for remote-monitoring an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: This management system of the air conditioner comprises a management device 60 receiving air conditioner data including at least one of operation history information of the air conditioner installed at a remote place, and a failure code representing failure cause in occurrence of failure, and notifying the user of the air conditioner, of service information including at least one of maintenance information and repair information on the basis of the air conditioner data. The air conditioner data of the air conditioner is transmitted from the air conditioner to user's cellular phone unit 50 constituted to perform short-distance communication with the air conditioner, and transmitted to the management device 60 from the cellular phone unit 50 through a network, and the service information is transmitted to the cellular phone unit 50 from the management device 60 through the network to notify the user of the service information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
