POLYPHASE SIMULTANEOUS OBSERVATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To observe simultaneously plural phase states of an object to be observed in variation in a short time by sampling an image signal with plural phases at intervals of a scanning line over a high-speed scan synchronizing with a repetitive phenomenon. CONSTITUTION:A clock from a master OSC13 is supplied to a driving signal generator 35 through a frequency dividing circuit 34 to supply magnetic flux to the object 31 of observation through an exciting coil 37. A back-surface scattered electron from the object 31 irradiated with an electron is detected by a silicon detector 32 and inputted to the brightness modulation terminal 24 of a display 39. The clock, on the other hand, is inputted to a vertical scanning signal generator 17 through a horizontal scanning signal generator 14 and a frequency dividing circuit 16 and also inputted to a counter 19 which is reset by a driving start signal 36. Then, a PROM20 generates various blanking signals and a PROM25 generates and superposes a bias for displaying plural images in specific phases at respective positions upon respective scanning signals.
