One-time recording disk contains a preliminarily defined area, which stores distribution information which denotes, whether the at least one segment of data area for processing disk defects is distributed. In the disk and the method the area distribution information, which defines the structure of data area, is recorded on the disk, thus ensuring capacity of recording/reproducing device to recognize the structure of data area. ^ EFFECT: to process defects of disk it is possible to distribute areas, such as backup area, which are different from user data storage area, for the data area. ^ 3 cl, 18 dwg |
