PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a reflective screen enabling a viewer to see high contrast projection light and permitting easily coping with a design change. SOLUTION: A light reflective coating film 4 is formed by irradiating ultraviolet rays and hardening after dropping a material 4a for forming a light reflective coating film onto part of the surface of a plurality of projection parts 3 formed on the surface 1a of a black-colored substrate 1 from a nozzle N of a droplet discharge device. Next, a material 5a for forming a light absorbing coating film is dropped onto part of the surface of the projection parts 2 except for a region where the light reflective coating film 4 is formed from the nozzle N of a droplet discharge head of the droplet discharge device. At this time, the end form of the material 5a for forming the light absorbing coating film deposited onto the projection parts 3 can be formed accurately by managing the size of the droplet of the material 5a for forming the light absorbing coating film to be discharged to be small in the vicinity of the boundary to the light reflective coating film 4.
