A belt/thread package shaped from a belt/thread drum is provided to improve a layout of facility by simplifying a structure of the green tire picking apparatus, to build a safe work environment and to enhance endurance property of the facility. A belt/thread package shaped from a belt/thread drum(1) is transferred to a carcass drum. A green tire is made by welding a green case made in the carcass drum(2). If the green tire(3) is lied on a roller of a hook(5) by a transfer(4), the green tire which is placed on the hook(5) transfers to a carrying load stock(8) in order to transport the green tire to next process using a leader(7). The leader contains a height adjustment part having an air cylinder controlling high and low of hook, a lifting unit operated by a motor, a transport unit(15) transferring the lifting unit by the motor and a tire support part(16) guiding the green tire hanging on the hook to the carrying load part.
