A wind power generator is provided to produce power of specific output by maintaining rotating torque of a rotating blade constant using an angle adjusting element. A wind power generator comprises a wind part(100) having a rotating blade(102); a support part(200) supporting the wing part; a generating part(300) combined with the support part. The rotating blade horizontally rotates by the wind. The generating part converts torque of the rotating blade into electric power. The wing part comprises a wind speed sensor(101) detecting the intensity of the wind; several rotating blades rotating by the wind; and an angle adjusting unit(105) controlling the angle by which the rotating blade is spread. The rotating blade is controlled so that the torque is regularly maintained with the angle control unit.
