A reinforcement lid for water meter protection case is reduced in weight and improved in endurance whereby the metal lid is plated and the bottom of the plated metal lid is partly exposed. A reinforcement lid for water meter protection case comprises a plated lid(2) which is made of plated plate for rust prevention, a plurality of through holes(18,18') and a connection hole formed on the upper side and edge of the plated lid, a top synthetic resin plate(21) formed on the upper surface of the plated lid, synthetic resin inside and outside rims(12,10) covering the edge of the plated lid, and locking projections(7,7') formed on the exposed lower surface of the plated lid underneath the through holes of the plating lid. |
