Disclosed is a maize products frying machine that contains a conveyor belt where the maize product to be fried is located; a couple of frying bands, an upper band and a lower band separated from each other in such a manner that the separation space generated between said bands is useful for receiving and transporting the maize product led from the conveyor belt; a frying container wherein the frying liquid is stored and wherein the product is immersed into the frying liquid by the frying belts; a draining belt wherein the fried maize product is located by the lower frying belt; the draining belt is useful for displacing the fried maize product in a tilted manner in order to drain any frying liquid residue. The inventive machine allows the separation distance between the frying bands to be modified, as well as the frying liquid temperature; also a food additive such as a flavouring agent may be added. Optionally, vapours may be collected.
