PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal waveform equalizing circuit which can equalize waveforms of input signals having a center voltage of 0 V and has a small circuit scale. SOLUTION: By inputting the input signals (positive phase input signals INP in the figure 1) of a waveform equalizing object to the source of an nMOS 11, the signal waveform equalizing circuit can be adapted to the input signals having a center voltage of 0 V without adding excessive circuit. Also, by a delay circuit 12 comprising a resistor 12a and a capacitor 12b, the waveform of the input signals is shaped and output signals (positive phase output signals OUTP in the figure 1) are output from a node NO.
