PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection terminal capable of suppressing an effect caused by electromagnetic wave and stabilizing an earth potential and a package and an electronic device using the same. SOLUTION: The system having a plate section 3b composed of a dielectric, an erected wall section 3c that is composed of a dielectric and is bound to the plate section 3b through a line conductor 3a to which an electric signal of predetermined frequency is transmitted, a first shield member 21 provided at the erected wall section 3c, a first earthing conductor 11 that is disposed between the first shield member 21 and the line conductor 3a, is electrically insulated from the first shield member 21 and electrically connects an external circuit, wherein it is also preferable that a distance between the first shield member 21 and the first earthing conductor 11 is shorter than a wavelength of the frequency.
