An automatic stacking apparatus for the car parts is provided that the collision between the part dropped down and the part which is loaded is prevented since the bucket moving between the conveyor and palette is set up. An automatic stacking apparatus for the car parts comprises a conveyor(10) transferring the part(1), a palette(20) in which the part transferred through conveyor is loaded, a bucket unit(30) transferring the part transferred through conveyor to palette. The bucket unit includes a bucket(40) in which the part transferred from conveyor is loaded provisional and a transport unit(50) moving bucket to up and down. The Bucket includes a fixing bucket(42) connected with the transport unit, first and second rotation buckets(44,46) selectively rotated, a driver module(48) rotating the rotation bucket, a sensor sensing the load of the part, a proximity sensor(49) sensing distance with palette, a proximity sensor(47) sensing distance with conveyor.
