PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission that improves the design flexibility of the output transmitting element on a stage subsequent to a hydraulic-mechanical stepless speed changing device and is more compact than in the prior art, by making compact the structure of the hydraulic-mechanical stepless speed changing device. SOLUTION: The transmission 101 includes the hydraulic-mechanical stepless speed changing device 100 composed of a hydraulic stepless speed changing device 1 and a planetary gear mechanism 3. An output-side swash plate 12 and the planetary gear mechanism 3 are integrally connected to each other. The transmission 101 is provided with a forward high-speed clutch 38 as a first clutch for engageably/disengageably transmitting forward rotational output by the output side swash plate 12, a forward low-speed clutch 36 as a second clutch for engageably/disengageably transmitting forward rotational output by the planetary gear mechanism 3, and a backward clutch 37 as a third clutch for engageably/disengageably transmitting backward rotational output by the planetary gear mechanism 3.
