<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a temperature of a pan on a top plate with high accuracy and favorable responsiveness in non-contact, in a heating cooking oven detecting the temperature of the pan on the top plate by the use of ultrasonic transmitting and receiving elements fixed to the underside of the top plate. <P>SOLUTION: The induction heating cooking oven is provided with a top plate putting a cooking utensil on its top face, an induction heating coil fitted under the top plate, a power supply control means controlling high-frequency supply power to the induction heating coil, an ultrasonic transmitting element in contact with the top plate, an ultrasonic receiving element in contact with the top plate, and a signal processing circuit for processing received signals of the ultrasonic receiving element. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
