PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To numerically evaluate a generation amount of image distortion of an X-ray baggage inspection device, and to compare the difference in distortion generation amount of the X-ray baggage inspection device which is different for every maker. SOLUTION: A metal test chart frame 200/300 for evaluating distortion having a clear dimension shape is photographed by the X-ray baggage inspection device 400. A measuring device 100 measures numerically the degree of distortion with which the photographed image is photographed relative to an actual shape.
