<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a television broadcast receiver capable of displaying on a screen a result of reception times for each channel group with which a pack contract has been made. <P>SOLUTION: In each cycle of a predetermined fixed time, when any channel belonging to a channel group with which a pack contract has been made is under reception, a reception time is integrated every fixed time or if a viewer instructs reception of any channel, a reception time of the channel group to which the relevant channel belongs is calculated from presence/absence of reception on the relevant channel and a reception starting time and reception ending time of the relevant channel. When displaying on a screen the calculated reception time for each channel group, the reception time is displayed on the screen while including not only the reception time of a relevant month but also cumulative reception times, in the past, of the previous month, for past three months or for past six months. Furthermore, reception charges per reception unit time obtained by dividing pack contract charges per channel group by the reception time of the channel group are displayed together on the screen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
