PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-speed rolling bearing capable of sufficiently responding to, for example, high speed rotation of 1.7 million or higher of a dmN value which is the product of a pitch circle diameter dm (mm) and rotational number N (rpm) even in less greased quantity, enabling a machine tool etc. to become compact and capable of reducing operating cost. SOLUTION: In the high-speed rolling bearing 1, a coating is formed on at least one of an outer diameter face 2a of an inner ring 2, an inner diameter face 3a of an outer ring 3 and surfaces of rolling elements 4, and a grease is filled into the peripheries of the plurality of rolling elements 4 interposed between the inner ring 2 and the outer ring 3. In the grease, base oil has a kinematic viscosity of 15-30 mm<SP>2</SP>/sec at 40°C, and a urea thickener obtained by reaction between a predetermined polyisocyanate component and monoamine component is used.
