A wet air cleaning device is provided to reduce the energy consumption by adsorbing pollutants in air using cohesive power of particles of sprayed water, and separating from water drops condensed together with the pollutants from the air using gravity and centrifugal force within a cyclone. A wet air cleaning device comprises: a housing(10) in which a first dust collecting space(11) is formed, and which has an air inlet(12) formed thereon such that the air inlet passes through one side of a lower part of the housing; a cyclone(20) in which a second dust collecting space(21) is formed such that an upper part of the second dust collecting space is housed in the first dust collecting space, which has an air inflow through hole(22) formed in one side of a top part thereof to connect the first and second dust collecting spaces, of which a sidewall of a central part is brought into contact with the bottom of the housing such that a drain through hole(23) is formed in the sidewall of the central part of the cyclone to discharge first dust collecting water condensed in the first dust collecting space to the second dust collecting space, which has a discharge port formed in a bottom part thereof to discharge second dust collecting water condensed in the second dust collecting space together with the first dust collecting water, and which has an air exhaust pipe exhausting second dust-collected air from the inside of the cyclone; a perforated plate installed between the air inlet and air inflow through hole within the first dust collecting space between the housing and the cyclone; a blowing fan blowing polluted air into the first dust collecting space and second dust collecting space through the air inlet; and a spray supplying water particles into the polluted air blown by the blowing fan.
