PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pictograph provision system allowing use of a pictograph allowing richer expression for an HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) mail. SOLUTION: The pictographs 35, 36 forming one image in total are downloaded to a cellphone from a server. The pictographs are downloaded in reverse order such that the pictographs 35, 36 are not displayed reversely right and left as an input candidate when producing the HTML mail.
